How do I go about obtaining templates for the 40.7 keel?

The templates are purchased as a one-off licence from Farr Yacht Design in the US. You have to sign a 'secrecy agreement' promising not to reproduce or pass them on. The templates are then sent in Mylar by courier. They have to be made up (plywood, aluminum sheet) for actual use. HYS/Ancasta at Hamble have a plywood set.
