Furler - how to remove it?

Hi - has anyone got written instructions on how to remove/replace a Facnor R200 furler - ie when chaning into racing mode? I don't seem to have been given any with a new boat, and the broker has gone all quiet now that I've paid! Grateful for any help before I ping the forestay and drop it into the Hamble by mistake.
